My approach to evaluation design is informed by experience across a range of applied, community-based contexts. I partner with programs and systems to translate complex ideas into focused, testable questions and to design studies that reflect the realities of implementation. The result is evaluation work that balances methodological rigor with practical constraints and aligns with how programs actually operate.
My work draws on mixed qualitative and quantitative methods to assess outcomes and implementation processes within real-world service contexts. Analyses are conducted with attention to equity and variation across settings, and findings are communicated in clear, accessible formats to support reflection, shared understanding, and program improvement.
