Individual & Family Therapy
Evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, and families navigating anxiety, emotional regulation, and behavioral challenges.

Hi, I’m Dr. Caroline Martin, a licensed psychologist specializing in evidence-based care for children, teens, and families. I focus on anxiety, selective mutism, ADHD, and early childhood concerns, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy to support meaningful, lasting change. I also support parents with practical tools to strengthen family life and conduct applied research and program evaluation to help organizations better understand and support child and family well-being. My approach is compassionate and collaborative—helping children grow, parents feel empowered, and organizations strengthen the systems that support them.
